Key Responsibilities:- Prepare for client engagements: organizing equipment, collecting preliminary data, marking sites, and briefing the inventory team.
- Oversee the on-site counting team, ensuring adherence to client protocols.
- Provide assistance to the team regarding technical inquiries or challenges, sharing best practices.
- Manage client relationships, ensuring inventory tasks are completed on time and accurately.
- Report progress and any discrepancies to the management team.
- Handle documentation and ensure all contracts are signed.
Additional responsibilities include active involvement in inventory activities, support for operational tasks, and driving company vehicles.
Qualifications:- Prior experience in team leadership is preferred, along with strong interpersonal skills.
- Numeracy skills and basic computer proficiency are essential.
- Regular regional travel for inventory management and team oversight is required.
- Daily travel to client sites, primarily during evening and night shifts. A valid driving license is mandatory.
This position is available in Nantes (44), and a driving license along with a vehicle is necessary.
Compensation is based on educational background and age. The company covers all training expenses.
