Job Summary
We are seeking a compassionate and responsible Overnight Supervisor to join our team. In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring the well-being and safety of our residents throughout the night. You will work collaboratively with educators and management to create a positive and structured environment.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with educators and management to implement programs and activities that promote the growth and development of our residents.
- Maintain a safe and secure environment for all residents by conducting regular patrols of the facility and surrounding areas.
- Provide support and guidance to residents, addressing their needs and concerns with empathy and professionalism.
- Ensure adherence to organizational policies and procedures, upholding the highest standards of care and conduct.
Qualifications
- Previous experience working with youth in a residential setting is highly preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with young people from diverse backgrounds.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
