Mission

L'entreprise Safran recherche un Key User SI / Méthode Supply Chain MRO F/H pour renforcer son équipe supply chain et accompagner les transformations du secteur.

La montée en cadence, les extensions de bâtiment et les évolutions de nos process doivent être soutenues par nos systèmes d'informations qui doivent également évoluer.

Responsabilités

Le Key User SI / Méthode Supply Chain MRO F/H sera chargé de :

  1. Accompagner la montée en compétence des équipes sur les process/outils actuels
  2. Faire évoluer nos outils ou notre utilisation des outils
  3. Être le point focal avec les fonction globales
  4. Participer à l'intégration des nouveaux arrivants dans le métier en les formant aux basiques du SI et les bases de connaissances existantes
  5. Participer à l'expression des nouveaux besoins et leurs priorisations en lien avec le Garant Métier d'Application
  6. Effectuer des tests de recette, constituer la documentation et former les utilisateurs finaux
  7. Assurer les déclarations et suivi des incidents, anomalies auprès des services informatiques internes
  8. Gérer et veiller à la cohérence des Accès et Business Rôle des utilisateurs aux applications métier (GLA : Gestionnaire Local d'Accès)
  9. Participer aux communautés de Key user de son système d'information organisée par le Garant Métier d'Application
Compétences requises

Le candidat idéal possèdera :

  • Bonne connaissance des SI
  • Expérience réussie dans le domaine de la supply chain
  • Connaissance SAP
  • Dynamisme, autonomie et ambition
  • Bon relationnel pour savoir écouter, fédérer et embarquer les équipes sur les transformations
