Driving Operations and Performance
- Communicate Michelin's vision and strategic direction to your team, inspiring them to contribute to the company's success.
- Ensure all export operations adhere to established processes, standards, and regulatory requirements, maintaining compliance and minimizing risk.
- Continuously optimize operational efficiency by identifying areas for improvement, implementing best practices, and leveraging technology solutions.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement corrective actions to address any performance gaps, ensuring service level agreements are met.
- Collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders, including sales, logistics, and customer service teams, to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Proactively identify potential challenges and develop contingency plans to mitigate risks and ensure business continuity.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in international export operations, customer service, or logistics within the tire industry or a related field.
- Demonstrated success in leading and managing high-performing teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong leadership skills with a focus on empowering, motivating, and developing team members.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in English (fluent) is essential.
