Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Store Design and Visual Merchandising Manager to join our team at Estée Lauder Companies. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing and effective store designs that drive sales and enhance the customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement store design strategies that align with our brand's global vision and objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, development, and supply chain, to ensure seamless execution of store design projects.
  • Manage project workflow, including creating guidelines, checking forecasts, and elaborating briefs with VM designers.
  • Ensure design, graphics, and copy are on track with timetables, including translations and GEGM.
  • Follow up on production with development teams and conduct quality control checks.
  • Manage budgets and ensure cost optimization.
  • Supervise a visual designer and a store designer, ensuring workflow and processes function effectively.
Requirements
  • Comprehensive knowledge of store design, visual merchandising, and events/scenography.
  • Creative skills and work experience in store design, graphic, and visual merchandising fields.
  • Strong organizational skills, proactive, and detail-oriented.
  • Knowledge of regional and local points of sales specificities, including FSS, department stores, and perfumeries.
  • Knowledge of the consumer journey in-store.
  • Proactive and organized, with ability to work in fast-paced environments under tight deadlines.
  • Decision-making and self-reliance, with collaborative and positive attitude.
  • Great communication skills and summarization capabilities.
Preferred Skills
  • Video content creation.
  • Omnichannel experience design/digital assets.
  • Event planning and coordination experience.
  • Proficiency in MAC software, including Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office, and Autocad.
