Store Design and Visual Merchandising Manager

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Store Design and Visual Merchandising Manager to join our team at ESTÉE LAUDER Companies. This role will be responsible for designing and implementing visual merchandising strategies across EMEA, ensuring alignment with global brands calendars, concepts, and guidelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Elaborate, adapt, and recommend EMEA merchandising strategy in accordance with global brands calendars, concepts, and guidelines.
- Propose and develop appropriate programs, tools, and planograms.
- Global business overview, including distribution, doors to open, refurbishments, capex, and launch calendars.
- Build strong partnerships with stakeholders, regional, global, and affiliates.
- Work closely with Marketing to define project strategies, distribution, location/zoning, customer journey, and line up.
- Ensure perfect coordination with Global, including communication and anticipation for receiving assets on time for launches.
- Ensure local projects (VM & SD) are well aligned with the strategy.
- Work closely with internal RDDC team members, Development, IP, Supply Chain, and external partners to achieve business brand requirements and timing goals.
- Ensure constant optimization of work tools and processes.
- Coach and train local affiliates.
- Produce guidelines and information documents necessary to ensure flawless in-store execution.
- Prepare presentations (RRT, Education meetings).
Requirements
- Comprehensive knowledge of Store Design, Visual Merchandising, and events/scenography.
- Creative skills and work experience in Store Design, Graphic, and Visual Merchandising.
- Strong organizational skills, proactive, and detail-oriented.
- Knowledge of regional and local Points of Sales specificities (FSS, Department stores, Perfumeries).
- Knowledge of the consumer journey in-store.
- Proactive and organized.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment under tight deadlines, handle multiple tasks, and varied personalities.
- Decision-making and self-reliance.
- Collaborative, positive, enthusiastic.
- Great communication skills and summarization capabilities.

- Video content creation.
- Omnichannel experience design/Digital Assets.
- Event planning and coordination experience.
Software
- MAC software: Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator), Microsoft Office, Autocad Mandatory, Sketchup.
- Adobe Premiere would be a plus.
