Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Internal Communications Manager to join our team at Apprentis d'Auteuil. As a key member of our Communications Department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive internal communications strategy that aligns with our organization's goals and objectives.
Main Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a strategic internal communications plan that engages and motivates employees, fosters a sense of community, and promotes a positive work culture.
- Collaborate with senior leadership and department heads to ensure that communications are aligned with business objectives and goals.
- Design and implement a range of internal communications channels, including email, intranet, and print materials, to reach a diverse audience.
- Manage and maintain the organization's intranet, ensuring that it is up-to-date, engaging, and easy to use.
- Develop and implement a content strategy that showcases the organization's work, achievements, and values.
- Work closely with the marketing team to ensure that internal communications are aligned with external marketing efforts.
- Manage a small team of communications professionals, providing guidance, support, and coaching to ensure that they have the skills and resources needed to succeed.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of internal communications, making recommendations for improvement and adjustments as needed.
Requirements
- Master's degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
- At least 10 years of experience in internal communications, with a proven track record of success in developing and implementing effective internal communications strategies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling messages that engage and motivate employees.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
- Ability to work collaboratively with senior leadership, department heads, and other stakeholders to achieve business objectives.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collect and analyze data, identify trends, and make recommendations for improvement.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Experience with intranet management and content management systems.
