We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Production Operator Trainee. As a key member of our Fuel Assembly Production Service, you will be responsible for setting up, starting, and operating process equipment, monitoring during stable operation, and ensuring successful manufacturing operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Setting up and operating process equipment to ensure efficient production
- Monitoring equipment performance and making adjustments as needed
- Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and company policies
- Collaborating with other teams to achieve production goals
- Participating in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge
Requirements:
- Currently preparing a qualification in industrial equipment operation
- Strong understanding of automation and electricity principles
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
