About the Role

As a Production Technician, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our production facilities. Your responsibilities will encompass a wide range of tasks, from executing daily operational instructions to maintaining equipment and adhering to strict safety protocols.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operational Execution: Follow detailed instructions to carry out assigned production tasks, ensuring adherence to established procedures and quality standards.
  • Equipment Management: Conduct routine checks on machinery and equipment, meticulously recording monitoring parameters and identifying any potential malfunctions. Promptly report issues and implement corrective actions as needed.
  • Maintenance Support: Assist in maintenance activities by preparing requests and collaborating with technicians to ensure optimal equipment performance.
  • Safety & Compliance: Strictly adhere to all safety guidelines and protocols, maintaining a clean and organized work environment. Actively participate in safety training programs and drills.
  • Continuous Improvement: Contribute to process optimization by suggesting technical or methodological improvements, actively participating in documentation updates, and sharing valuable insights during shift changes.
