Job Overview - Corporate Sales Manager

As a Corporate Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales through a proactive approach, focusing on acquiring new corporate clients and managing existing accounts that are not currently contracted.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Engage in a strategic sales process to maximize opportunities within the SME segment by offering and finalizing contracts.
  2. Maintain comprehensive records of all sales leads in the company database.
  3. Collaborate with the Key Account Manager by forwarding contracts with significant corporate potential.
  4. Conduct follow-ups on leads that show potential but have not yet completed their contractual agreements.
  5. Evaluate and archive leads that do not meet potential criteria, in conjunction with the Business Analyst.
  6. Negotiate beneficial contracts and agreements with online travel agencies to ensure mutual advantages.
  7. Promote company products, emphasizing services and promotions to enhance visibility on online travel agency platforms.
  8. Design and implement marketing strategies and campaigns tailored to online travel agencies to attract customers and boost sales.
  9. Analyze performance metrics using tracking tools to assess key performance indicators (KPIs) such as sales figures, conversion rates, and revenue generated through online travel agencies.
  10. Provide support and training to online travel agency partners, ensuring they have accurate and updated information regarding the company's offerings.
  11. Work collaboratively with internal teams, including marketing, revenue management, and customer service, to align strategies and optimize the sales process.
  12. Achieve or surpass sales targets set by management, demonstrating growth in business and revenue through online travel agencies.
  13. Develop and implement sales strategies aimed at attracting leisure clients and customers.
  14. Negotiate and manage contracts and pricing agreements with government entities, travel agencies, and other industry stakeholders.
  15. Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, adjusting strategies as necessary to meet established targets.
  16. Consistently achieve or exceed sales targets set by management, showcasing growth in the leisure sales segment.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Industrial Engineering, or Statistics (with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience).
  • A minimum of two years of experience in a sales environment within the travel industry.
