About the Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Corporate Sales Enablement Lead to join our team at Planet Malt. As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies that enable our corporate sales team to effectively engage with prospects and clients.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and sales enablement, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of driving sales success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work with global sales leaders to develop and execute a comprehensive sales enablement strategy that aligns with company goals and objectives
  • Own the design and build of sales training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of the corporate sales team
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure the sales team has access to relevant and up-to-date marketing materials
  • Conduct regular assessments of the sales process and identify areas for improvement
