Social Learning and Retail Experience Coordinator

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our Education & Retail Experience & Social Learning team as an intern. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in supporting our global and regional projects, contributing to eLearning migration and data analysis, and collaborating closely with our Global Team on Retail Experience Beauty Tech and the 17 affiliates for execution and updates.
Key Responsibilities- Assist in managing global and regional projects for the Retail and Education team, ensuring timely and effective execution.
- Contribute to eLearning migration and perform data analysis to support decision-making processes, providing actionable insights and recommendations.
- Collaborate closely with the Global Team on Retail Experience Beauty Tech, ensuring seamless execution and updates with the 17 affiliates.
- Take ownership of the internal Instagram account, managing content creation, engagement, and team coordination, with a focus on creating engaging and informative content that showcases our brand's expertise and values.
- Develop trackers and tools to support affiliates in ongoing and new projects, ensuring efficient workflow and project management, and providing regular updates and progress reports.
- Demonstrate proficiency in utilizing social media platforms such as TikTok and Instagram, both in content creation and management, with a focus on creating engaging and informative content that showcases our brand's expertise and values.
- Comfortable in front of and behind the camera for social media content creation purposes, with a focus on creating high-quality and engaging content that showcases our brand's personality and values.
- Utilize PowerPoint and Outlook to create presentations, manage schedules, and facilitate communication within the team, ensuring seamless collaboration and effective project management.
- Currently enrolled in a relevant academic program or recently graduated in a related field (e.g., Marketing, Business Administration, Communications).
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively, with a focus on meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality results.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a focus on clear and concise communication that is respectful and professional.
- Proficiency in social media platforms, particularly TikTok and Instagram, with a keen eye for trends and engagement strategies, and a focus on creating engaging and informative content that showcases our brand's expertise and values.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and adaptable to changing priorities, with a focus on flexibility and a willingness to learn and grow.
- Detail-oriented with a proactive attitude towards problem-solving, with a focus on identifying and resolving issues in a timely and effective manner.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint and Outlook, with a focus on creating high-quality presentations and managing schedules and communication effectively.
- Previous experience in retail, education, or social media management is a plus, with a focus on applying relevant skills and knowledge to this role.
