Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and Implement the Educational Project: Create and implement a comprehensive educational project that aligns with the city's policies and the direction of the early childhood department.
- Manage the Team: Lead and manage a team of educators and staff to ensure the delivery of high-quality care and education to children.
- Ensure Quality of Care: Ensure that the crèche meets the highest standards of quality care and education, and that the children's physical and emotional needs are met.
- Communicate with Parents: Establish and maintain effective communication with parents, ensuring that they are informed about their child's progress and well-being.
- Manage Resources: Manage the crèche's resources, including staff, budget, and facilities, to ensure the smooth operation of the crèche.

Requirements:
