At Dassault Systèmes, we offer a Business Experience Platform that provides software solutions to various organizations, enabling the creation of differentiated consumer experiences through value creation processes. Our platform offers a user-friendly interface for 3D design, analysis, simulation, and collaboration, backed by intelligence software. It is available on internal and public clouds, as well as private clouds. We are seeking a Sales Representative (Direct/Partner) to work with our customers, primarily in the manufacturing industry, including automotive and electronics companies. The successful candidate will be responsible for:
Key Responsibilities- Developing and implementing sales strategies for assigned accounts or partners
- Achieving annual sales targets
- Building and leading project teams to achieve continuous profitability
- Providing support to team members to maximize their effectiveness
- Managing pipelines and forecasting quarterly and annual targets
- Understanding and addressing business situations within the framework of our sales process and business transformation
- Managing annual license contracts
- At least 3 years of sales experience
- Experience in direct sales (for direct sales role) or partner sales (for partner sales role)
- Ability to build trust with complex customers
- Strong persuasion and influence skills to build relationships with internal resources and customers
- Strong motivation and mentoring skills to communicate a compelling vision to project teams
- Basic English language skills
- Desirable qualifications include experience in the automotive or high-tech industry, PLM or software knowledge, and global project experience
