Dassault Systèmes is a leading company in the field of digital transformation, and we are looking for a talented Business Development Representative to join our team in Barcelona.


As a Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for opening and qualifying leads, understanding our customers' needs and challenges, and strategically working with key stakeholders to advise on best solutions moving forward. You will also contribute to building our pipeline and revenue by generating and qualifying leads for clients within different industries to position our broad portfolio of solutions.


Your Key Responsibilities:


• Drive net new business from our inbound business revenue streams, driving growth pipeline into the overall business and strategically supporting customers on their journey with Dassault Systèmes

• Research and identify key decision makers for targeted initiatives and accounts

• Research and follow key target accounts and industry trends, following long and complex sales cycles

• Generate opportunities for meetings with key decision makers to drive the sales process forward

• Lead qualification, coordinate complex decision-making processes, and overcome objections in order to maximize opportunities

• Collaborate with our global marketing teams, business planning teams, technical support teams, and our essential inside learning team to support your growth

• Identify the needs and customers' business drivers – direct customer or partner contact

• Qualify leads by providing and justifying mandatory information as per our sales process


Your Qualifications:


• Bachelor's degree (or equivalent work experience)

• Lead generation/telemarketing, business development, field marketing, and/or inside sales experience

• Ability to develop strong relationships with sales teams and colleagues

• Ability to promote company's value proposition demonstrated with sales goals that meet or exceed company goals

• Enterprise software/high-tech industry experience desired (experience in cloud-SaaS preferably)

• Aggressive self-starter with a great attitude and strong organizational skills

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Fluent in English and French (other languages will be a plus)

• Knowledge of MS Office and CRM systems

• Already based in Barcelona or willing to relocate
