About the VALD Contracts Admin Team

As part of a dynamic global team, the Contracts Admin Team serves as the primary point of contact for contract processing and initial invoicing with VALD's clients worldwide.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process new sales, including data entry into NetSuite and initial client invoicing.
  • Prepare VALD's standard client contracts while interpreting and explaining contract requirements and terms to clients.
  • Assist the Chief Client Officer, regional managers, and other members of the commercial team with financial reporting and the management of contract renewals.
  • Collaborate with members of the Client Success team during the client onboarding process and manage paperwork associated with contracts to maintain the integrity of contract information.
  • Liaise with members of the Sales and Finance team to manage client orders and invoicing, which includes data entry into NetSuite.
  • Perform general administrative tasks, including record keeping, data entry, spreadsheet development and management, and responding to inquiries.
Requirements
  • Bilingual, with proficiency in English and French, spoken and written.
  • Law, Business Management, or accounting graduate.
  • Prior experience using Microsoft Office 365 suite of products, HubSpot, and Oracle NetSuite (preferable but not essential).
  • Ability to work proactively and manage competing tasks, including record keeping, data entry, invoicing, and responding to inquiries.
