Job Overview

As a Sales Assistant at Technology & Strategy, you will play a crucial role in supporting the sales team in their daily activities. Your primary responsibilities will include receiving, entering, and tracking customer orders, as well as monitoring invoices. You will also work on client files, update monthly dashboards and reports, and participate in debt collection and customer dispute resolution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Receive, enter, and track customer orders
  • Monitor invoices and ensure timely payment
  • Work on client files and update monthly dashboards and reports
  • Participate in debt collection and customer dispute resolution
  • Assist in the preparation of monthly sales figures

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong understanding of sales and administrative processes. You should have a degree in sales, accounting, or a related field, and a minimum of one year of experience in a similar position. You will also need to be proficient in Microsoft Excel and have excellent communication and organizational skills.
