Job Title: Project Manager LOD1 Non Financial Risk

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to join our Global LOD1 NFR & Compliance Central team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for building the Target Operating Model (TOM) of the central KYC team, organizing workshops with experts, and developing a detailed project plan.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement the TOM for the central KYC team
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure timely completion of tasks
  • Ensure clear and reliable communication within the project team and to management
  • Design a communication plan to involve 44 countries in the transformation
