Job Description

Job Title: Project Manager LOD1 Non Financial Risk

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to lead our LOD1 Non Financial Risk project. The successful candidate will be responsible for building the Target Operating Model (TOM) of our central KYC team, organizing workshops with experts, and developing a detailed project plan.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement the TOM for our central KYC team.
  2. Organize workshops with experts to build the TOM.
  3. Build a roadmap with stakeholders to implement the TOM.
  4. Develop a detailed project plan, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
  5. Ensure adherence between tasks and realistic deadlines.
  6. Coordinate stakeholders to meet deadlines.
  7. Ensure clear and reliable communication within the project team and to management.
  8. Design a communication plan to involve 44 countries in the transformation.
