Job Title: Project Manager LOD1 Non Financial Risk

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to join our Global LOD1 NFR & Compliance Central team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading the implementation of our non-financial risk management framework, ensuring the effective identification, mitigation, and monitoring of operational risks across our global operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement the Target Operating Model (TOM) for our central KYC team, including organization, processes, and tools.
  • Organize workshops with experts to build the TOM and ensure stakeholder engagement.
  • Build a roadmap with stakeholders to implement the TOM, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
  • Develop a detailed project plan, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
  • Ensure adherence to tasks and realistic deadlines.
  • Coordinate stakeholders to meet deadlines and ensure clear communication within the project team and to management.
  • Design a communication plan to efficiently involve 44 countries in the transformation.
