**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Global Influence Strategist to join our team at Accor. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for implementing year-long strategies, hero activations, and campaigns amplification with various types of talents, including TikTok creators, content creators, lifestyle and travel influencers, loyalty bloggers, VIPs, and celebrities.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Work closely with Marketing, Brands & Social Media teams to ensure seamless integration of influence across all channels.
  • Collaborate with regional hubs to amplify local activations and drive brand preference.
  • Develop and implement advanced influencer content calendars to drive engagement and brand awareness.
  • Establish and maintain regular communication between brands and influencer partners, sourcing and negotiating new partnerships.
  • Monitor influencer content to ensure compliance with brand voices and guidelines.
  • Project manage influencer marketing campaigns and collaborations, from initial brief to post-campaign reporting.

**Requirements**

  • Fluent in English (spoken and written) - mandatory.
  • Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Thorough understanding of current social media and influencer marketing trends.
  • Proficiency in analytics tools, such as Traackr.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to present ideas and results to clients and internal teams.
  • A creative approach to problem-solving and multitasking.
  • Brand understanding and the ability to lead projects independently.
  • 1-2 years of previous experience in social media or influence marketing is preferred.
