**Job Summary**
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Global Influence Strategist to join our team at Accor. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for implementing year-long strategies, hero activations, and campaigns amplification with various types of talents, including TikTok creators, content producers, lifestyle and travel influencers, loyalty bloggers, VIPs, and celebrities.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Work closely with Marketing, Brands & Social Media teams to ensure seamless integration of influence across all channels.
- Collaborate with regional hubs to amplify local activations and drive brand preference.
- Develop and implement advanced influencer content calendars to continually drive engagement.
- Establish and maintain regular communication between brands and influencer partners, actively sourcing and negotiating new partnerships.
- Monitor influencer content to ensure compliance with brand voices and guidelines.
- Negotiate contracts and organize micro and macro influencer programs in a full-funnel approach.
- Project manage influencer marketing campaigns and collaborations, from initial brief to post-campaign reporting.
**Requirements**
- Fluent in English (spoken and written) - mandatory.
- Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Thorough understanding of current social media and influencer marketing trends.
- Proficiency in analytics tools, such as Traackr.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to present ideas and results to clients and internal teams.
- A creative approach to thinking and expertise in multitasking.
- Brand understanding and the ability to lead own projects.
- 1-2 years of previous experience in social media/influence preferred.
**Additional Information**
We are looking for a passionate and experienced professional who understands the importance of managing relationships, applying logic, and actively listening to brands and internal client needs to create and manage effective campaigns for our diverse portfolio of brands.
