Job Description: We are looking for a talented Legal Counsel to join our team at Group Strategic Initiatives. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing commercial contracts and providing legal advice to the business.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage commercial contracts from inception to completion.
  2. Provide legal advice and support to the business.
  3. Identify and mitigate legal risks associated with business operations.
  4. Develop and implement contract governance activities.
  5. Provide training on legal and compliance issues.

Requirements:

  1. French Law Degree.
  2. Minimum four years of relevant experience in a law firm or industrial sector.
  3. Ability to communicate complex issues and liaise with stakeholders.
  4. Results-oriented and pragmatic approach.
