Job Description

We are looking for a Contract Negotiation Specialist to join our Legal Department at Flexis. As a Contract Negotiation Specialist, you will be responsible for preparing, reviewing, and negotiating contracts with domestic and international clients. This includes non-disclosure agreements, development contracts, manufacturing agreements, supply agreements, and other types of contractual documents. The ideal candidate will have a French Law Degree and experience in contract governance and internal training on legal and compliance issues.
