We are seeking a skilled Technician in Customer Support to join our team at Horiba Fuelcon. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the installation, commissioning, and maintenance of fuel cell test benches for a major international group.
This is a full-time position where you will be responsible for organizing and carrying out interventions on HORIBA FUELCON test benches for key players in the French hydrogen industry.
Main Responsibilities:
- Installation: setting up equipment in coordination with the project manager, test bench configuration, and commissioning tests. Providing an installation report and user training. Assisting clients with initial tests.
- Preventive Maintenance: replacing worn parts, conducting validation tests and calibrating all sensors, providing a conformity report.
- Corrective Maintenance: troubleshooting, system optimization.
Requirements:
- A strong technical background in areas such as regulation, automation, industrial electricity, pneumatics, fluid mechanics, instrumentation, industrial computing, and professional English.
- Interpersonal skills such as customer service, autonomy, teamwork, and a proactive attitude.
Work Environment:
Your base will be at Horiba Vénissieux, and you must be willing to travel throughout France and Germany by car, train, or plane. Fluent English is required to interact with colleagues from foreign subsidiaries.
