Main Responsibilities:

  • Conduct direct communication with JCD clients, executing administrative tasks and ensuring timely processing of reporting requirements.
  • Conduct KYC, sanction monitoring, and other regulatory required tasks, ensuring compliance with the Bank's rules, policies, procedures, and guidelines.
  • Respond to client inquiries, resolving issues satisfactorily and referring matters to colleagues as appropriate.
  • Collaborate with other JCD members to meet team targets and requirements, harmonizing with the team to achieve productivity and efficiency.

Requirements:

  • Significant experience (at least 3 years) in a similar role.
  • Excellent communication skills, with verbal and written proficiency in English, and proficiency in French and Japanese languages preferred.
  • Strong numerical skills, with ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent Microsoft Office skills, with proficiency in Windows, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and MS Word.
