Michael Page, a leading provider of specialized recruitment and interim solutions, is currently seeking experienced executives for fixed-term and permanent positions.
As a key member of the company's Legal Department, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Contract Negotiation and Management: Support operational teams in negotiating and drafting various contracts, including equipment purchases, partnerships, service agreements, and industrial contracts.
- Strategic Project Support: Provide legal guidance and assist in strategic projects in France and internationally, working closely with operational teams to negotiate and finalize required contractual documentation.
- Legal Advisory Services: Act as a key advisor to operational teams on contentious issues, intellectual property, compliance, and other legal matters.
- Corporate and Mergers and Acquisitions: Manage a portfolio of French companies and international subsidiaries, handle internal restructurings, and collaborate with the Legal Director on external growth projects, particularly internationally.
Minimum qualifications include a degree in French Law with at least 6 years of experience, preferably in the industrial sector and within an international Group.
Proficiency in written and spoken English is essential for communication with overseas subsidiaries. Autonomous, meticulous, organized, and customer-focused individuals are encouraged to apply.
International travel may be required for occasional business trips.
