About the Role
We are seeking an ambitious and detail-oriented individual to join our Commercial Excellence team as an Apprentice Sales Development Specialist. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in sales and business development, working closely with our Key Account Managers and Sales Area Manager to drive sales and profitability targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in building high-value leads and acquiring new prospects to fuel our sales pipeline.
- Ensure all aspects of customer relationships are properly handled, either directly or in collaboration with other departments.
- Support the Sales Controller in automating reporting in Power BI and perform ad-hoc analysis as needed.
- Develop new Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to measure sales performance.
- Interact with Sales teams to collect sales intelligence for enhanced data quality.
Master Data Control
- Perform regular control on key sales fields to ensure systematic data reliability.
- Interact with IT and other functions to simplify master data usage in the Commercial Excellence Team.
Accountability and KPIs
- Reporting reliability in terms of content and timing.
- Rigor in process and data checks.
- Agility with new technologies.
Requirements
- Passionate about sales, business, and industry.
- Agile with figures and data analysis (Finance and Controlling profile).
- Advanced mastery of Microsoft Excel.
- Agile reporting systems (like Power BI or SAP).
- Fluent English.
