Job Title: Global Influence Assistant

At Accor, we're looking for a talented Global Influence Assistant to join our team. As a key member of our marketing department, you'll play a crucial role in implementing year-long strategies, hero activations, and campaigns amplification with various talents, including TikTok creators, content producers, lifestyle and travel influencers, loyalty bloggers, VIPs, and sometimes celebrities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work closely with Marketing, Brands & Social Media teams to ensure seamless integration of influence across all channels.
  • Support regional hubs in amplifying local activations and contribute to creating an advanced and comprehensive influencer content calendar to drive brand preference and engagement.
  • Monitor influencer content to ensure compliance with brand voices and guidelines, and negotiate contracts and organize micro and macro influencer programs in a full-funnel approach.
  • Project manage influencer marketing campaigns and collaborations, from initial brief to post-campaign reporting, including campaign activation and talent content creation.
Requirements:
  • Fluent in English (spoken & written) - mandatory.
  • Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Thorough understanding of current social media and influencer marketing trends.
  • Proficiency in analytics tools, such as Traackr.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to present ideas and results to both clients and internal teams.
  • A creative approach to thinking and expertise in multitasking.
  • Brand understanding and the ability to lead own projects.
  • 1-2 years of previous experience in social media/influence preferred.
