As a Global Influence Assistant, you will contribute to the implementation of year-long strategies, hero activations, and campaigns amplification with various talents, including TikTok creators, content producers, lifestyle and travel influencers, loyalty bloggers, VIPs, and sometimes celebrities.

You will work closely with Marketing, Brands & Social Media teams to ensure seamless integration of influence across our portfolio of brands.

Key responsibilities include:

* Collaborating with regional hubs to amplify local activations

* Setting goals, tracking conversions, and measuring the success of influencer programs

* Staying up-to-date with emerging influencers and trends through various social media channels and news/media

* Creating an advanced and comprehensive influencer content calendar to drive brand preference and engagement

* Establishing and maintaining regular communication between brands and influencer partners

* Monitoring influencer content to ensure compliance with brand voices and guidelines

* Negotiating contracts and organizing micro and macro influencer programs in a full-funnel approach

* Project managing influencer marketing campaigns and collaborations

Requirements:

* Fluent in English (spoken & written)

* Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field

* Thorough understanding of current social media and influencer marketing trends

* Proficiency in analytics tools

* Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

* Creative thinking and multitasking abilities

* Brand understanding

* Ability to lead projects independently

Ideal candidates will have a passion for influencer marketing and a strong understanding of relationship management, logic, and active listening to create effective campaigns for our diverse portfolio of brands.
