Join Our Team as an HR Partner Specialized Care

We are looking for an experienced HRBP to lead and provide services and initiatives in HR for our French sites, employing around 400 people. As a member of the HR France team, the HR Partner, Specialized Care will be involved in all HR activities on our French sites.

This will involve stimulating projects that offer personal growth, development, strategic capacity demonstration, exposure, and engagement with top business leaders. This role reports to the Regional HR Manager, Europe South.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead local labor relations, including unions and works councils, and ensure flawless execution of global and local specific projects.
  • Optimize human capital by ensuring that organizational structure and design are aligned with business needs.
  • Collaborate with all levels of management to provide professional-level advice and decision-making support for all aspects of the employee lifecycle.
  • Practice and demonstrate a high level of HR competence, tactical skills, and expertise.
  • Provide guidance and advice on performance, compensation, career development, etc. that aligns with and supports business strategy and goal achievement.
  • Effectively guide leaders through difficult situations, employee relations, and conflicts.
  • Ask critical questions to evaluate situations and provide advice.
  • Help identify and develop talents by ensuring clear succession and development plans are in place.
  • Navigate complex global organizations to resolve problems efficiently.
  • Support site-level employee engagement initiatives, including participation in surveys; encourage employee and manager accountability for tracking and improving engagement.
Requirements:
  • At least 5 years of experience in partnership with HR, ideally in a multinational, industrial, and matrix environment.
  • Deep knowledge of French labor law, labor relations, and negotiations.
  • Strategic thinking to anticipate challenges and address problems that benefit the organization, improve the organization, or resolve potential problems.
  • Ability to understand the need for change and adapt to change.
  • Strong consultative skills and ability to influence without direct authority.
  • Ability to understand, interpret, and apply relevant sections of applicable laws and regulations.
  • Exceptional customer service, emotional intelligence, and empathy.
  • High level of personal integrity and ability to professionally manage confidential matters.
  • Superior professional presence, maturity, and ability to effectively interact with top management. Experience working with manufacturing, engineering, or sales teams.
  • Will to travel to other regions at least once a week.
  • Required: Practical knowledge of time-off management and case management tools.
  • Fluent mastery of English and French, written and spoken. A degree in HR Management would be preferred, but a combination of extensive practical experience as an HR professional will be favorably considered.
