We are seeking a Flight Operations IT Product Manager to join our Commercial Aircraft division within the Digital Department.
In this role, you will be part of the Airbus Customer Services team, focusing on Aircraft Technical Data.
Your primary responsibility will be to comprehend the Technical Data ecosystem and objectives, leading the associated IT Solutions Portfolio and projects in alignment with Enterprise Architecture and Airbus Digital strategy.
The project under your leadership will concentrate on Flight Operations.
The aim of the Flight Operations technical data application is to enable Flight Operations engineers to create, validate, and disseminate all necessary documents for aircraft dispatch and flight operations, including cabin crew activities.
Your Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify, organize, and prioritize requirements for new and enhanced services.
- Define and validate appropriate functional solutions to meet business needs, ensuring alignment with the existing landscape and design.
- Coordinate with the supply chain to manage delivery activities concerning Time, Cost, and Quality, from detailed specifications through to development.
- Lead the scoping of applications for the Minimum Viable Product (MVP) and future iterations, gathering requirements and prioritizing needs while achieving consensus with stakeholders.
- Oversee and contribute to the implementation of solutions.
- Monitor daily application issues, proposing corrections and enhancements as necessary.
- Organize major project milestones in accordance with the IM Quality plan.
- Contribute to the evolution of Technical Data within the Technical Data Modernization initiative.
Your Qualifications:
- Possess a 5-year degree (or equivalent) in Information Technology.
- Have a minimum of 5 years of experience in IT Project Management, Functional Specifications, and Functional Validation.
- Demonstrate rigor in requirements gathering and project management.
- Utilize a risk-based approach and effectively manage escalation processes.
- Exhibit excellent communication skills with the ability to synthesize complex information.
- Show good autonomy and capability to navigate complex environments with unexpected changes.
- Be a team player with a collaborative mindset.
- Possess strong interpersonal skills, being proactive, constructive, and supportive under occasional pressure.
- Knowledge of Aircraft Technical Data/Documentation related to Flight Operations is advantageous.
Language Proficiency:
Fluency in both French and English is required.
