Turnkey Projects Director

We are seeking a highly skilled RAMs Manager to reinforce our Turnkey Projects team based in Paris Saint-Ouen, Alstom Headquarter.
About the RoleThis is a challenging opportunity to work on complex Turnkey projects that integrate multiple subsystems, including rolling stock, signaling, platform screen doors, power and track, to meet client requirements in terms of planning, cost, and quality.
As a RAMs Manager, you will perform RAMS analysis according to Railway CENELEC standards and ensure compliance with project contractual requirements and Alstom internal processes.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct RAMS analysis and ensure compliance with Railway CENELEC standards
- Develop and implement RAMS strategies to meet project requirements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective project delivery
- Communicate with customers and stakeholders to demonstrate Alstom's approach and methodology for RAM and safety management
We are looking for a candidate with:
- 3-5 years of experience in RAM/Safety Management, preferably in the railway industry
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Turnkey projects, signaling, or rolling stock systems
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluency in English (Spanish is a plus)
