Turnkey Projects Director

About the Role:
Alstom Gruppe is seeking a highly skilled RAMS Manager to join our Turnkey Projects team based in Paris Saint-Ouen, Alstom Headquarter. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing RAMS (Reliability, Availability, Maintainability, and Safety) analysis for our turnkey projects, ensuring compliance with Railway CENELEC standards and project contractual requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform RAMS analysis according to Railway CENELEC standards and project contractual requirements
- Convince customers and stakeholders of Alstom's approach and methodology for RAM and safety management
- Manage RAMS teams and ensure successful project delivery
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of experience in RAM/Safety Management, preferably in the railway industry
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a RAM/Safety Manager
- Fluent in English (Spanish a plus)
- Able to work on international and multicultural projects
- Open to occasional international travel and short-term missions
