About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Sales Representative. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and driving sales growth in our retail store.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences
- Provide product information and recommendations to customers to ensure they find the right products for their needs
- Process sales transactions and handle customer payments
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay up-to-date on new products and promotions
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction
