Job Title: Legal Counsel

As a Legal Counsel at Encevo, you will play a crucial role in advising and assisting the Group's companies in their legal aspects. Your expertise will be essential in navigating the complex areas of business law, energy law, and mergers & acquisitions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Draft, review, and negotiate contracts to ensure compliance with legal requirements.
  • Participate in legal monitoring and contribute to knowledge management within the department.
  • Implement legal developments within the Group's entities.
Requirements:
  • Master's degree or equivalent in Law, with a focus on commercial, corporate, or business law, obtained in Luxembourg, France, Belgium, or Germany.
  • Highly effective verbal and written communication skills in English and French.
