Position OverviewReporting to the Director of Guest Services, the Bell Services Supervisor plays a crucial role in ensuring the seamless operation of Bell Services, Door, and Valet Services. This position is essential in delivering warm, personalized service that transforms guest interactions into lasting memories. - Adhere to policies to safeguard guests' belongings and hotel property, including regular maintenance of equipment.

- Complete additional tasks as assigned by management.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Bell or Valet operations.
- Supervisory experience is preferred.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple responsibilities.
- Strong passion for guest service and effective training skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
- Proficient in Windows XP and MS Office.
- Valid driver's license required.
- Flexibility to work various hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
- Visa Requirements: Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and walk frequently.
- Capable of lifting and carrying up to 25 lbs at shoulder height.
- Occasionally push/pull up to 75 lbs.
- Frequent hand and arm movements, including grasping and reaching.
- Ability to bend, squat, crawl, kneel, and walk on uneven surfaces.
- Must be able to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Occasionally climb stairs in different environments.
