About the JobThe Study Manager is responsible for the project management of feasibility studies, including conceptual designs, feasibility studies, and preliminary cost estimates. This role requires a strong technical background in process engineering, with experience in carbon capture, hydrogen, and ammonia technologies.
The ideal candidate will have at least 15 years of experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget. They will be a proactive, self-starter who is motivated towards achieving pre-agreed targets and objectives, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and team collaboration.
Key Responsibilities- Project management of feasibility studies, including conceptual designs, feasibility studies, and preliminary cost estimates.
- Directly manages several feasibility stages in the field of CO2 capture, green hydrogen, or ammonia production.
- Leads two studies in parallel, with a focus on delivering high-quality results within budget and schedule.
- Ensures technical consistency between disciplines and approves reports and deliverables.
- Organizes internal stakeholder reviews and workshops with clients, including weekly meetings.
- Supports proposal preparation and process activities on projects, as needed.
- Reports regularly on progress, status, and issues to the head of department.
- At least 15 years of experience in process engineering, with a strong background in carbon capture, hydrogen, and ammonia technologies.
- Experience with client interfaces and a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
- Proactive, self-starter with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and team collaboration.
- Results-driven, with a strong focus on achieving pre-agreed targets and objectives.
- Strong technical skills, with the ability to lead and manage technical teams.
