Key Responsibilities- Financial Management: You will be responsible for managing our company's financial operations, including accounting, cash management, and financial reporting.
- Administrative Management: You will oversee the administrative functions of the company, including supplier relationships, contract negotiations, and personnel management.
- Process Improvement: You will identify areas for improvement in our financial and administrative processes and implement changes to increase efficiency and productivity.
- Education: A higher education degree in Management, Finance, or Accounting is required.
- Experience: Previous experience in cash management, preferably in a small or medium-sized company, is essential.
- Skills: Advanced knowledge of Excel and management software is required. You should also possess strong organizational and analytical skills, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
