Job Title: Sales RepresentativeJob Description:

We are seeking a skilled Sales Representative to join our Safety & Sustainability Sales team in France.

The Role:
  • Identify and qualify commercial opportunities in your sector of activity
  • Manage customer accounts with autonomy and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Develop commercial approaches and proposals in line with customer needs and issues
  • Build and maintain a strong customer and partner relational network
  • Collaborate with technical experts and operations management to draft responses to call for tender or spontaneous proposals
  • Coordinate commercial actions with counterparts in other Safety & Sustainability Business Units
  • Establish a qualification and prioritization of commercial actions in line with the company strategy
Requirements:
  • Knowledge of Military Markets
  • Team management and coordination skills
  • Ability to facilitate meetings and intrapreneurship
  • Leadership, facilitation, and mediation skills
  • Flexibility and open-mindedness
  • Rigor and organization, with accountability
  • Team spirit and ability to work in a multicultural environment
  • Advanced level in English is mandatory

This position requires a security clearance or eligibility for clearance by recognized authorities.
