We are seeking a skilled Sales Representative to join our Safety & Sustainability Sales team in France.
The Role:- Identify and qualify commercial opportunities in your sector of activity
- Manage customer accounts with autonomy and ensure customer satisfaction
- Develop commercial approaches and proposals in line with customer needs and issues
- Build and maintain a strong customer and partner relational network
- Collaborate with technical experts and operations management to draft responses to call for tender or spontaneous proposals
- Coordinate commercial actions with counterparts in other Safety & Sustainability Business Units
- Establish a qualification and prioritization of commercial actions in line with the company strategy
- Knowledge of Military Markets
- Team management and coordination skills
- Ability to facilitate meetings and intrapreneurship
- Leadership, facilitation, and mediation skills
- Flexibility and open-mindedness
- Rigor and organization, with accountability
- Team spirit and ability to work in a multicultural environment
- Advanced level in English is mandatory
This position requires a security clearance or eligibility for clearance by recognized authorities.
