Nous recherchons une personne (H/F) sur le poste de Customer Success Manager, qui accompagnera nos clients et utilisateurs dans l'usage du produit et le déploiement de nos projets éducatifs.
Vous serez en charge du déploiement, de l'animation et de l'accompagnement de nos clients, en adoptant une approche conseil et en leur garantissant une expérience utilisateur unique et performante. Les clients dont vous aurez la charge sont issus du monde de l'éducation (universités, grandes écoles, etc.).
À ce titre, vous êtes chargé(e) de :
- Gérer l'intégralité des projets de formation et de prestation auprès des clients dont vous avez la charge,
- Accompagner les clients lors de la mise en place et l'utilisation des solutions commercialisées,
- Dialoguer avec efficacité, rapidité et clarté avec les utilisateurs et donneurs d'ordre,
- Accompagner, assister, conseiller et former à l'utilisation de nos solutions,
- Assurer le support de nos produits (support opérationnel, validation des examens à distance, etc.).
Compétences requises
Titulaire d'un grade de Licence ou supérieur, vous justifiez idéalement d'une expérience en gestion de la relation client, gestion de projets ou sur un poste équivalent.
Vous avez une très bonne maîtrise des outils bureautiques et informatiques (environnement Microsoft, outils collaboratifs, CRM, etc.) et avez une réelle appétence pour le secteur des logiciels et de l'apprentissage en ligne.
Vous avez le sens de la satisfaction client et une réelle capacité d'écoute. Vous êtes dynamique, organisé, rigoureux et faites preuve de réactivité et d'initiative.
Vous avez une aisance orale et de très bonnes qualités rédactionnelles.
