At OMICRON electronics, we are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Customer and Sales Support professional.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide exceptional customer service and support to our international customers, addressing their pre- and post-sales inquiries.
- Collaborate closely with our Area Sales Managers and Application Engineers to strengthen and expand our customer relationships.
- Assist in creating quotations, preparing public tenders, and ensuring smooth processes through data entry and maintenance.
- Participate in customer events and trade fairs, supporting our sales team on-site.
- Organize customer training and ensure proper data maintenance in our CRM system Lead Management.
- Perform general office management tasks and undertake travel within Europe as required.
- Completion of commercial education and several years of experience in sales support activities.
- Excellent communication skills, empathy, and a passion for interacting with customers.
- Interest in innovation and motivation to acquire basic technical knowledge to better understand our products and customer structure.
- Confident telephone manner and good knowledge of Microsoft Office programs, with experience in CRM and ERP systems an advantage.
- Excellent command of English and French, with Dutch a plus.
