Customer Success Manager

Nous recherchons un Customer Success Manager pour rejoindre notre équipe de Supplyframe, filiale de Siemens Digital Industry Software. En tant que Customer Success Manager, vous serez chargé de garantir la satisfaction de nos clients en les accompagnant dans l'utilisation de notre solution Buymanager.
MissionVotre mission sera de:
- Piloter le déploiement de notre solution chez les clients et coordonner les parties prenantes
- Réaliser la formation des utilisateurs
- Être un interlocuteur privilégié des clients pour s'assurer de la bonne réalisation de leurs objectifs avec l'implémentation de Buymanager
- Suivre le taux d'adoption et mettre en place les moyens nécessaires pour qu'il soit satisfaisant
- Détecter les risques afin d'anticiper et assurer la rétention et les opportunités de nos clients
- Collecter les retours d'expérience et les partager aux équipes internes pour créer du contenu métier et améliorer l'outil
- Animer la communauté d'utilisateurs en leur partageant des contenus
- Développer et piloter la stratégie, la vision et les objectifs du département Customer Success
Nous recherchons quelqu'un avec:
- Une expérience professionnelle en Customer Success ou en tant qu'acheteur dans l'industrie
- Une réelle appétence pour l'informatique et une connaissance des systèmes d'information type ERP ou CRM
- Un excellent savoir relationnel, une grande autonomie, organisation et esprit d'analyse et de synthèse
- Une très bonne communication écrite et orale et un niveau d'anglais courant
Vous rejoindrez une équipe internationale de Supplyframe et travaillerez en collaboration avec nos clients pour les accompagner dans leur utilisation de notre solution.
