JOB OVERVIEW:
We are in search of a seasoned Alliance Manager to spearhead and cultivate a vital strategic partnership with HPE. This essential role is focused on propelling the success of our collaborative sales initiatives, positioning you as a key contributor to our overall sales strategy. Your responsibilities will include nurturing and managing relationships with HPE to ensure mutual growth and achievement.

Key Responsibilities:
- Formulate and execute comprehensive business and sales strategies with alliance partners across various market channels, including OEM, channel, and direct sales.
- Cultivate and oversee senior executive relationships with partners to enhance partnership dynamics and drive mutual business growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify strategic opportunities and establish key performance indicators for partnership initiatives.
- Develop and maintain a reporting dashboard to evaluate sales performance, initiative progress, and executive alignment.
- Act as the primary executive representative at partner events and sales campaigns, effectively communicating the value of our partnerships.
- Set objectives and monitor sales performance metrics for alliance relationships.
- Lead co-investment planning, budgeting, and resource allocation associated with ongoing business activities.
Position Requirements:
- Experience in the EMEA region is essential.
- Demonstrated success in global partner sales leadership and ecosystem development.
- Strong grasp of product management, marketing, sales, and services within the alliances lifecycle.
- Ability to devise multi-faceted strategies to enhance sell-through revenues.
- Excellent collaboration capabilities in a matrixed virtual environment.
- Adaptability to thrive in a rapidly changing environment.
- Solid IT background with expertise in virtualization, data centers, cloud solutions, storage, and enterprise software.
- Exceptional communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
- Familiarity with distribution models, channel programs, and partner relationship dynamics.
- Willingness to travel and excel in fast-paced settings.
