Job Title: Senior Partner Manager, Global Alliances

At MicroStrategy Incorporated, we are seeking a highly skilled Senior Partner Manager to lead our global alliances strategy and drive business growth through strategic partnerships.

Job Summary

The Senior Partner Manager will be responsible for establishing and managing partnerships with key technology companies, including Cloud/AI Hyperscalers and Global SIs. This role will require strong relationship-building skills, strategic planning, and analytical capabilities to drive business results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a global alliances strategy to drive business growth and revenue
  • Manage relationships with key partners, including Cloud/AI Hyperscalers and Global SIs
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute joint sales and marketing initiatives
  • Track and analyze partner performance, identifying opportunities for growth and improvement
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of partner strategies, including co-selling, strategic planning, and goal setting
  • Provide strategic guidance and support to MicroStrategy's field sales organization on engagement management with partners
  • Build and maintain relationships with key personnel at partner companies to solidify MicroStrategy's standing and awareness
  • Develop and execute annual strategic plans and performance goals for each partner
Requirements
  • 5+ years' experience in sales leadership, account management, or partner management
  • Proven experience in managing large global partnerships
  • Strong relationship-building and sales skills, with a proven track record of driving business growth
  • Cloud/AI Hyperscalers and GSIs partnership experience highly preferred
  • Channel experience, including selling with or managing channel partners
  • Proven history of working independently and with cross-functional teams to achieve company and team objectives
  • Strong business acumen and strategic planning capabilities
  • Ability to anticipate and interpret market and business trend changes and advise business leaders accordingly
  • Fluent in French and English languages
