About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced IT Product Manager to join our team at Airbus Helicopters. As an IT Product Manager for Extended Enterprise, you will be responsible for delivering digital solutions that enable our suppliers, partners, customers, and employees to access our information systems and services from their premises.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Consulting:
Support business stakeholders in defining activity externalization and associated use cases.
Extended Enterprise Solutions Design:
Collaborate with the EE Product Service Line architect to design and deliver Extended Enterprise solutions that meet business requirements.
Projects:
Lead and contribute to the implementation, acceptance, and run organization of EE solutions, ensuring high-level coordination with stakeholders.
Run:
Monitor and ensure service continuity for Extended Enterprise products, manage incidents, requests, and changes, and identify opportunities for harmonization and streamlining the EE solution portfolio.
Requirements:
Master's degree in Information Technology or related field.
Strong IT background with several years of experience in IT operational environments.
Good understanding of business requirements, customer service orientation, and focus on quality deliverables.
Experience in working in agile mode, team spirit, and good relationships.
French and English negotiation levels.
