As a Senior Director of Sales Strategy, you will play a key role in driving business growth and innovation by developing and executing strategic plans to capture new markets and expand existing ones.
Main Responsibilities:- Strategic Business Priorities: Set and drive strategic business priorities to drive profitable growth, partnering with senior leaders to develop and execute plans.
- GTM Strategies: Build and implement long-term GTM strategies, setting best-in-class operational processes, systems, and tools.
- Cross-Functional Transformation: Own cross-functional transformational projects end-to-end, driving change management processes to transform and scale the business in a standard way across countries, segments, and clouds.
- Leadership and Team Development: Lead and develop a team of highly talented Strategy Business Partners and Analysts to cover the aforementioned duties.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in a business operations role within a high-growth SaaS company operating at scale or equivalent experience within a management consulting firm.
- Leadership: 3+ years of people management experience in a high-growth, continuously changing environment.
- Skills: Thoughtful leadership, track record of advising leadership and influencing stakeholders, proven experience of rolling out GTM models along several planning cycles, strong project management track record, and inspirational people leadership.
