Your Role: Assistant Manager for Customer Relations and Team Support
As an Assistant Manager, you will play a vital role in ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining our valued client base. You will collaborate closely with billing managers, business directors, and various departments to enhance tools and processes that meet the evolving needs of our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and retention within the Grand Ouest region.
- Collaborate with billing managers and business directors to identify areas for improvement in tools and processes that directly impact client needs.
- Work cross-functionally with sales teams and other departments to streamline operations and propose innovative solutions that drive efficiency and customer value.
- Contribute your fresh perspective to strategic initiatives, helping shape the future direction of our company.
Your Profile:
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's program for 2024.
- Demonstrated strong customer relations skills and exceptional communication abilities, both written and verbal.
- A highly adaptable, dynamic, autonomous, curious, and empathetic individual with a passion for problem-solving.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office tools.
