Marketing and Business Development Manager

As a Marketing and Innovation Manager, you will be responsible for driving innovation to strengthen our competitive advantage and developing an integrated process to ensure we focus and invest on the right technologies. You will analyze trends and future needs with customers and all stakeholders, take ownership over our product roadmap, and continue to build further on our unique value proposition of all product categories, resulting in exceeding sales and profitability expectations. You will drive product managers in creating value-based launch plans, coach all product marketing managers, including functional reports all over the world, support the competence development of our global teams through professional content, training, and seminars, and lead and bring together a global marketing team from all over the world. We are looking for someone who has a proven and successful experience of business-to-business relationships. The right candidate must have strong Marketing, Sales or/and R&D knowledge. With an engineering or university degree in Marketing (bachelor's degree as a minimum), you have built a strong affinity with marketing in combination with a degree in mechanical engineering. You display exemplary customer centricity with a clear vision and a proven ability to achieve results. A solid experience in product development is preferred, together with an in-depth understanding of our Division and its strategy, both from a marketing as well as technical/product point of view. With international business experience and the ability to thrive in a matrix organization, you are an effective leader with effective communication and presentation skills. You take initiative and nurture your networks and connections both internally and externally (customers, suppliers, universities and research institutes), enabling you to identify new innovations and trends very quickly. Last but not least, your creativity and commitment to continuous improvements, coupled with your open mind and entrepreneurial mindset make you our ideal candidate.
