About the Role

HelloFresh is seeking a highly experienced and strategic leader to join our growth marketing team as Senior Manager of Business Development and Partnerships. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive partnerships and affiliate marketing strategy to drive business growth and revenue.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive partnerships and affiliate marketing strategy to drive business growth and revenue.
  • Manage a team of 4 people, including Business Developers, Account Managers, and Offline Marketing Managers.
  • Own the delivery of affiliate and partnership growth strategy for HelloFresh, brands, and partner types.
  • Build forecasts and track named strategic partners KPIs.
  • Oversee business proposals and sales tactics used to acquire new partners.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in the Affiliates and/or Partnerships landscape, including Business Development.
  • 2+ years of experience in people management.
  • Strong analytical thinker with experience in solving difficult problems.
  • Strong communicator with experience in connecting with different types of stakeholders.
